At devotionnyc, All purchases and sales are final. No returns or size changes after shipment. If you receive the wrong size or wrong product, we are more than happy to help. Devotionnyc is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting USPS for more information.

Damages and issues: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or If you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
